Recipe of Stir Fried Khowsuey

Ingredient of Stir Fried Khowsuey:

  1. Beef undercut (sliced) 400gm
  2. Soy sauce 2 tbsp
  3. Vinegar 1 tsp
  4. Black papper 1 tsp
  5. Garlic paste 1 tsp
  6. Salt 1 tsp
  7. Tomato puree 1 cup
  8. Crushed Red chilies 1 tsp
  9. Onion (sliced) 1
  10. Carrot 1
  11. Cabbage (slices) 1 cup
  12. Capsicum (sliced) 1
  13. Spaghetti (boiled) 3 cups
  14. Samosa strips (fried) 6

Method of Stir Fried Khowsuey:

Boil beef undercut strips with soy sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic and water, cook till tender and dry. Heat oil, fry onion light golden brown and carrot, cabbage, capsicum, boiled undercut, tomato puree, salt, crushed red chilies and soy sauce, fold in the boiled spaghetti and stir fry well. Add coriander leaves, green chilies, and serve with fried samosa strips.
