Recipe of Methi fish
Ingredients of Methi fish:
- Fish slices 1/2 kg
- Fenugreek leaves chopped 6 bunches
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes 3 blended
- Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Coriander power 1-1/2 tsp
- Tumeric 1/2 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Allspice 1/2 tsp
- Brown onion ground 2 tbsp
Method of Methi fish:
Heat oil in a wok, add ginger garlic, methi leaves, fry for 2 mins, add tomatoes and all the spices, cook for 10 mins, add 1 cup water, add fish pieces, cook for 10 mins until done, Serve with rice or roti.
