Recipe of Bombay Biryani
Ingredients of Bombay Biryani:
- Chicken 750 gm چکن
- Basmati rice 750 gm بسمتی چاول
- Tomatoes 3-4 ٹماٹر
- Onions 4 پیاز
- Ginger paste 1 tbsp ادرک پیسٹ
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp لہسن پیسٹ
- Potatoes 3 آلو
- Yogurt 1 cup دہی
- Green chillies 6-7 ہری مرچ
- Coriander 1/4 cup ہرادھنیا
- Mint 1/4 cup پودینہ
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp لیموں کا رس
- Oil 1-1/4 cup تیل
- Bombay biryani masala 1 packet بمبی بریانی مصالہ
Method for Bombay Biryani:
Heat oil in a pan and fry onion till brown, remove, now in the same oil add tomatoes fry for 8 to 10 minutes, then add chicken, ginger garlic paste and fry 1 to 2 minutes. Now add yogurt, Bombay biryani masala and potatoes and fry for 7 minutes, then add 1/2 cup of water and cover cook on low flame till chicken tender, now add green chillies and cook on high flame and remove, Now in another pan boil 8 to 9 glass water with salt, now add rice in it and half boil, and remove drain water from rice, then in a pan add rice, prepared masala, coriander, mint and make 2 layers, then put fried onion on the top and cook for 3 minutes on high flame, then cook on low flame for 15 mins, lastly mix and serve..!
