Recipe of Fudge Chewy Brownies

Ingredients of Fudge Chewy Brownies:

• Chocolate chips 1 cup
• Milk chocolate 1 cup
• Butter 7 ounces
• Sugar 3/4 cup
• Flour 1 cup
• Eggs 3
• Egg yolk 1
• Vanilla essence 1 tsp
• Cocoa powder 4 tbsp
• Salt 1/4 tsp
• Chocolate 1/2 cup

Method for Fudge Chewy Brownies:

Melt butter with chocolate chips and milk chocolate on very low flame until done. Beat eggs and sugar for 3 to 4 mins.
Add vanilla essence, add in the melted butter and chocolate mixture with chocolate, fold in the flour, salt and cocoa powder, mix gently till flour is mixed, pour mixture in a greased square pan. Previously lined with butter paper, bake on 180 degree for 30 mins until done. Now serve and enjoy.!
