Madrasi Fish
Ingredients of madrasi fish
Fish 1/2 kgSalt as required
Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Red chilli round 4
Tamarind pulp 4 tbsp
Green chillies 3
Sesame 2 tbsp
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Onion ground 2
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Curry leaves 6
Mustard 1/2 tsp
Soya
Method of madrasi fish
Heat oil in a pan, fry curry leaves, mustard and red chillies, now add ginger garlic paste and onion, saute on low flame, now add red chilli powder, salt and turmeric, now saute cumin, sesame and coriander then grind well, now add these ground ingredient in onion and ginger garlic pan, then add tamarind pulp, when all ingredient gets fry add 2 cup water and bring it to boil, lastly add fish, soya, sprinkle green chillies and serve.
