Recipe of Stick Stir-Fry
Ingredients of Stick Stir-Fry:
- Rice stick noodles 1/2 packet
- Soya sauce 1/4 cup
- Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
- Sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
- Beef undercut 1/2 kg
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
- Mushrooms sliced 1/2 cup
- Carrot chopped 1
- Spring onions sliced 1/2 cup
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
Method for Stick Stir-Fry:
Soak noodles for 10 minutes drain and keep aside. Marinate beef with soya sauce, corn flour and sugar. Heat oil, add chopped garlic, mushrooms, carrot, capsicum, green onions, cook for 3 minutes, remove in a bowl heat 1/4 cup oil in a wok, add marinated beef, cook on high flame for 10 minutes. Add remaining sauces and the fried vegetables, mix line serving platter with noodles and spoon beef mixture over noodles, serve immediately.
