Recipe of Garlic Mayo Burgers
Ingredients of Garlic Mayo Burgers:
For beef Patty:
- Beef meat 750 gm
- Bread crumbs 2 cups
- Black pepper 1-1/2 tbsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Butter 4 tbsp
- Mustard paste 1 tbsp
- Onion (chopped) 1 small
- Worcestershire sauce 3 tbsp
For Burgers:
- Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
- Garlic (chopped) 2 tbsp
- Cheddar cheese 6 slices
- Burger buns 6
- Iceberg lettuce (sliced) 2 cups
- Onion rings 2 large
- Oil 1/4 cup
Method for Garlic Mayo Burgers:
Mix all the ingredients of beef patty in a bowl.
Mine twice in a mince machine and make 6 patties and refrigerate. In other side in a pan heat 2 tbsp oil and fry garlic for a min. Remove, cool and add mayonnaise and mix.
Set aside, then in a pan heat 6 tbsp oil and add onion rings and fry for 2 to 4 mins. Remove and set aside.
Now toast inside of buns and set aside, heat oil in a pan and add patty and fry on medium flame for 8 to 10 mins, then place cheese on top now spread garlic mayo on the base of bun , then place iceberg, then patty, now fry onion and spoon some garlic mayo on top and place the top of bun and serve.!
