How to cook chilli chicken roast
Chilli Chicken Roast
Ingredients:
- Chicken with bones 750 gm
- Onion 1 chopped
- Green chillies 2 julienne
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Sweet chilli sauce 2 tbsp
- Curry leaves 12
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Spring onions 4
- Green chillies 4
- Ginger 2 inch piece
- Garlic 6-8 cloves
Ingredients for Marination:
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Method of Chilli chicken roast:
Marinate chicken with salt, chilli powder and lemon juice for 30 mins, heat oil add chopped onion, curry leaves, slit green chillies, fry for 2 mins, add the grinned masala, cook till oil separates, add the marinated chicken to masala, cook till done, when all the water has evaporated, add in soya sauce, 1/4 cup water, chilli garlic sauce 2 tbsp, sweet chilli sauce 2 tbsp, chilli garlic sauce, leave it on dum till chicken dry and roasted.
