Recipe of Meat lover Mexican Pizza

Ingredients of Meat Lover Maxican Pizza:

1. Chicken (cubed) 1 breast piece
2. Onion (chopped) 1
3. Butter 2 tbsp
4. Coriander 1 bunch
5. Mint 1 bunch
6. Green chilies 4-5
7. Red Chili 1 tbsp
8. Salt 1/2 tbsp
9. Egg 1
10. Garlic (chopped) 2 tbsp
11. Ginger (chopped) 1 piece 
12. Breadcrumbs 200 gm

For Topping of Meat lover Mexican Pizza:

1. Corn 100 gm
2. Mushrooms (sliced) 3-4
3. Onion (sliced) 1
4. Tomato sauce 5 tbsp
5. Herbs 1/2 tbsp
6. Mozzarella cheese 1 packet
7. Cheddar cheese 1 packet
8. Olives 50 gm
9. Capsicum (cubed) 1
10. Sausages or  pepperoni 2-3

Method of Meat lover Mexican Pizza:

Saute onion  in butter.

Process green chili, mint, coriander, garlic, ginger.

Then add in sauteed onions, process until well blended.

Add in chicken and blend  well. Add remaining ingredients : eggs, breadcrumbs, salt and red chili and blend one last time.

Grease pizza pan and scoop the mixture on to it. Flatten the mixture with the help of an oiled spatula. Make sure  to evenly distribute this mixture.

Bake the meat crust at 150 degree with both the rods on (upper and lower)  for 10-15 minutes. When done, spread tomato sauce and all desire toppings, lastly top with cheese and herbs and bake for an addition 5-6 minutes or until cheese  is melted.
