Recipe of Chocolate Pudding Cups

Ingredients of Chocolate Pudding Cups:

  1. Unsalted butter 40gm
  2. Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
  3. Maple Syrup 1/4 cup
  4. Milk 2 tbsp
  5. Egg 1
  6. Ground almonds 1/3 cup
  7. Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp

Method of Chocolate Pudding Cups:

Heat the butter, cocoa powder, maple syrup and milk in a pan. Break the egg in and  add the ground almonds and vanilla essence. Mix until it is combined. Divide the mixture between 2 ramekins. Bake at 180 degree C or until puddings are set around  the edges bur still a bit wobbly in the middle. Serve warm with ice-cream on top, If you like it.
