Recipe of Mann Pasand Cutlets

Ingredients of Mann Pasand Cutlets:
  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Egg 4
  • Bread slices 4
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Green chilies chopped 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs 2 cups

Method for Mann Pasand Cutlets:

Marinate mince with all the above ingredients except eggs for 1 hour, soak bread slices in water, squeeze and add to the mince, mix well, sprinkle bread crumbs on a flat surface, make small balls of mince and press it on lots of crumbs and make into cutlet shape, beat eggs very well, dip cutlets in egg and deep fry in fry pan, and serve the delicious Mann pasand cutlets.!
