Recipe of Mirror Glaze Cake
Ingredients of Mirror Glaze Cake:
- Eggs 3
- Sugar 85 gm
- Oil 85 gm
- Flour 70 gm
- Cocoa powder 15 gm
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Baking soda 1/2 tsp
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Method of Mirror Glaze Cake:
Beat eggs and sugar, then add oil half half quantity, after oil is mixed well, add vanilla essence, after that add dry ingredients and then fold the mixture.
Bake at 180 degree C for 25 minutes.
Ingredients of Mirror Glaze:
- Water 100 ml
- Sugar 150 gm
- Glucose 75 gm
- Gelatin 15 gm
- Condensed milk 90 gm
- Water 30 ml
- Dark chocolate 150 gm
Method for Mirror Glaze:
Dissolve gelatin in 30 ml water, in other side add water 30 ml in sauce pan, add sugar in it, when water is boiled add gelatin mixture, after that add remaining ingredients, then off the flame and cool the mixture very well.
Ingredient of Effect:
- Glaze 50 gm
- water 15 ml
- White food color as per required
Method for Effect:
Mix natural glaze, water, white food color mix well, then use this mixture for effect.
