Recipe of Korean Stir Fried Beef
Ingredients of Korean Stir Fried Beef:
- Soy sauce 3 tbsp
- sesame oil 1 tbsp
- Spring onions (diced) 4
- Garlic (crushed) 1 clove
- Sesame seeds 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1/4 tsp
- Undercut or steak 150 gm
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Carrot (sliced) 1
- Bamboo shoots (sliced) 1/2 cup
- Cabbage (sliced) 250 gm
- Spinach (chopped) 1/2 bunch
- Glass noodles (socked) 100 gm
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Method of Korean Stir Fried Beef:
Combine 1 tbsp soy sauce, sesame oil, spring onion, garlic, sesame seeds, 1 tsp sugar and 1/4 tsp pepper.
Marinate the sliced steak or undercut in this. Heat oil in a wok. Stir fry steak until evenly brown. Stir in carrots, bamboo shoots, cabbage and spinach.
Add glass noodles, remaining soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper.
Mix and serve immediately.
