Recipe of Spindle Cutlets

Ingredients of Spindle Cutlets:

  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Mashed boiled potato 1 cup
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Bread chopped 1 slice 
  • Oil for frying

Ingredients for Coating:

  • Flour as required
  •  Egg white 2
  • Bread crumbs as required

Method for Spindle Cutlets:

Mix mince with all the ingredients and form the cutlets in the shape of spindle , coat them in dry flour, dip in egg white, then bread crumbs, deep fry in hot oil.
